N.09 follows O’Gallery Signature’s minimalist language of naming, where each space is recognised simply as part of a collection: Collection No.1, Collection No.2, and so on.
N evokes Number — a defining mark within this collection of experiences. 09 refers to the restaurant’s location on the 9th floor, while marking a distinctive point where cuisine, space, and the Hanoi skyline meet.
